All teleconsultations are "vet to vet" between Dr. Amber Labelle and the primary care veterinarian. We do not do teleconsultation directly with clients.

We offer two types of teleconsultations:

Full consultations - $156.00

• Includes a 30 minute phone call scheduled at your convenience and written PDF report to include in your patient's record. This consultation type is best for clinical cases and complex cases. Good quality photographs of both eyes should be submitted with your consult request. Get photography tips here. Example: 7y MC mixed breed dog with mass in anterior chamber.

Quick Questions - $68

• Are submitted and answered in writing. This consultation type is best for general questions or general advice about a type of disease. Example: "I can't find atropine commercially; what strength should I have it compounded in?" or "What are the general treatment recommendations for iris pigmentation in cats?"

Payment must be submitted via e-transfer to hello@brightlightvet.ca prior to the teleconsultation being completed. 

Please attach patient records, as well as images and diagnostic test results if applicable. If the file is not yet complete, please email all documents and information to hello@brightlightvet.ca once finalized.
